Miller Public Relations is a full-service advertising agency and public relations firm based in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. With this offer, you will receive 50 percent off our normal fee of $4,000 for your first onsite visit. At that time I will review your internal patient care and external marketing programs, discuss your business goals and identify ways we can help you achieve them.
You will also have an opportunity to save 50 percent off our normal $1,500 fee for a detailed advertising and public relations plan. This proposal will include in-depth research of your market, an evaluation of the media outlets in your area and our recommendations for specific media expenditures.
Why should you consider working with us? We operate as an extension of your practice. That means we take a personal, vested interest in your success. We provide concierge-style service to you, our client, and we’ll show you how to extend that same service to your patients. We are available to you daily from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST, Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST Friday. A dedicated account manager will oversee your projects and serve as the point person between your practice and our team.
Unlike most agencies, Miller Public Relations does not bill clients based on commissions from the media buys we place for you. We bill our clients based only on the actual hours we spend working on your account. This is the most straightforward and honest way to conduct business as an agency.
As part of our initial offer to you, we are charging a $100 hour promotional rate rather than our normal $125 per hour fee.
